Skegness Railway

a. Partial construction of new concourse and canopy (1,200m²);

b. 3 storey mixed use station buildings with 40 No. 2 bedroom apartments (3,120m²) and 1,075m² of retail / station facilities on the ground floor; and

c. Construction of a new transport interchange, including a 2,100m² glazed canopy.

Phase 3

a. Clearance of remaining station buildings and canopy;

b. 3 storey mixed use building with 16 No 1/2 bedroom apartments and 750m² retail / A3 uses on the ground floor;

c. Complete new canopy to the station concourse (880m²) and new public realm works to the station forecourt (600m²); and

d. Residential development on the former coach park comprising 50 No. 2 bedroom apartments with associated parking and landscaping

 

Future Phase

a. Retain the Lumley Arms Public House;

b. Mixed use redevelopment on the remainder of the gyratory site comprising:

- 2,180m² of retail / A3 uses

- 4,200m² of office space

- 52 No. 2 bedroom apartments (4,056m²)

c. Public realm and landscaping works linking the station forecourt to the town;
