The Coastal Action Zone Local Action Group is pleased to announce the approval of their first project. Mill House Holiday Cottages, Hogsthorpe, has been awarded a grant of £75,722 to convert disused barns into two quality units of self catering holiday accommodation. This exciting diversification project seeks to develop the tourism offer in the area and will incorporate environmentally sound methods to increase sustainability and attractiveness to visitors – whilst minimising environmental impacts to the local area.
