Diversifying and Sustaining

Summer Leighton Holiday Cottage, Hogsthorpe, is the second project to be successful in securing funding through the Coastal Action Zone Rural Development Programme England. The project will use its grant of £65,956 to restore a derelict grade 2 listed farm cottage into a large, high quality, self catering holiday cottage. Accommodation of this type and capacity are in high demand. The scheme will not only bring in investment to the local area but will also preserve Lincolnshire’s built heritage for future generations.
