Support is available for the conservation and upgrading of rural heritage and culture. This especially relates to the traditional farmed landscape in rural areas. Examples may include;

the restoration and maintenance of traditional features such as building walls and hedges
local research studies
environmental and heritage audits
small-scale infrastructure improvements

Who can apply?

Farmers/Land Based Businesses
Funding will support farm diversification projects that keep vital services, skills, and money within the rural economy.

Rural Micro-Business
Funding will support your set up and growth. A micro-business is an enterprise with less than 10 employees and less than two million Euros annual turnover.

Communities
Funding will support schemes to broaden community involvement within the natural and cultural heritage and tourism sectors,
